• Invitation: Eligible candidates will receive an email, SMS, and notification on their CLAT 2024 portal inviting them to participate based on their rank.
• Registration Period: Register between December 11, 2023, starting at 10:00 A.M. until December 20, 2023, 10:00 P.M.
• Counselling Fee: General category candidates pay Rs. 30,000/-, while ST/SC/OBC/BC/EWS/PWD candidates pay Rs. 20,000/-. Payment must be completed online through the CLAT 2024 portal.

2. Admissions Counselling Options 

• Freeze: Accept the allocated seat and opt out of further rounds.
• Float: Keep the seat open while participating in subsequent rounds to potentially secure a higher preference NLU.
• Exit: Withdraw from the counselling process at any stage.

3. Rounds of Counselling There are five counselling rounds. Candidates not allotted a seat in one round are automatically considered for the next round. The fourth and fifth rounds in May 2024 fill the remaining vacancies, converting all Float options to Freeze for final seat allocations.

4. Refund Policy Candidates not allotted a seat after the fifth round or choosing to exit early are eligible for a full Counselling Registration Fee refund. Partial refunds apply if a candidate exits after specific deadlines.

5. Required Documents Prepare the following documents for upload during counselling:

• Grade 10 and 12 marksheets
• CLAT 2024 Admit Card
• Character certificate, transfer certificate, and category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD)
• Domicile/residence proof and other supporting documents if applicable.

6. Final Admission and Fee Payment Candidates accepting a seat must pay the university fees by specified deadlines to confirm their admission. Failure to comply results in seat forfeiture.
